     DCAC is a community-oriented practice committed to making acupuncture affordable and accessible to all.  I do this by offering a generous sliding scale:

$15-$40, pay what you choose
(additional $10 consultation and paperwork fee added to 1st visit)

     Treatments are conducted in a group setting.  Aside from helping to offset the price, there is the added benefit of a synergistic healing effect when multiple people are being treated in the same space at the same time.  In fact, this is the most common way to see acupuncture performed in China.

     Another benefit is that by being affordable, it allows people to come in more frequently and consistently (the best way to utilize acupuncture), making for better results and happier patients.

The Goal of Community Acupuncture

     Acupuncture is one of the oldest, most commonly used systems of healing in the world. Acupuncture is simple, safe, and sustainable healthcare. As acupuncture has moved more toward the mainstream in America, it has become prohibitively expensive for most people, but this trend does not have to continue.

     Acupuncture does not need to be expensive to be effective. Acupuncture can be part of the solution to the soaring cost of healthcare.*
