DCAC is temporarily closed for in-person visits -here's how you can get treatment instead
These are trying times to say the least, and acupuncture and Chinese herbs are some of the best things we can do for our bodies, minds and spirits. While we are all sheltering in place, Davis Community Acupuncture Clinic will be offering the following:
Distance acupuncture sessions: similar to a session in the clinic. Since the needles are just a tool to focus intention, and the real work happens by moving the energy in the body, it's something that can be done from anywhere. We can text, email or chat about how you're currently feeling, and then I'll start the treatment. You can take the opportunity to rest and feel it, or even continue on about your daily activities — the treatment will work either way.
Phone consultations: If you'd like to discuss lifestyle, herbal, diet, perspective and other changes that you can make to help navigate life these days. Herbal formulas that are not available from local grocery stores (Davis Food Co-op or Nugget) can be set up for non-contact pickup at the clinic.
A combination of the two.
For the time being, payments can be accepted via PayPal or Venmo (to Itay Neta) or by mailing a check to the clinic:
